no the ps1 and dvd buy 2 get 1 free is a different deal (the flyer that advertises those two deals are suppose to end on 8/1). The marketing poster I saw is for the month of August, and it doesnt say "only ps1 or preplayed dvds" .....just states buy 2 get 1 free so I am almost sure its going to be for everything (dvd,ps1,xbox,ps2,gc).

I asked the manager at a local EB Games today, and he said "sometime this next month". No clue if it starts on Monday. I still went ahead and picked up a copy of Devil May Cry for $9.99, but I'm waiting to break the sticker until I know for sure.

Past 2 years in Oct/Nov, TRU does a B2G1 on new games in stock only. TRU/Amazon does as well, but only select games.
