EB games return policy?

Just wondering if anyone knew what the return policy was on both new unopened games and opened ones at EB games...

I personally think it's YMMV. I think as a general rule if the seals broken they say they won't take it back but I normally have 14 days at my store, and 30 if it's unopened (no seal broken).

However, I normally get 30 days regardless because they mess my purchase up all the time.

usually if its an opened game, they will only exchange it for a new one if you "claim" its defective.

if defective, return it within 14 days.
