[EB] New Games Available for T3G1F: Nationwide List

I was in EB this afternoon when the dude working there was putting up the brand new list of games that are available for T3's nationwide. Yes, some EBs are down with letting you use T3s towards any upcoming title but some are not and stick to this list.

It's nice to see that EB is putting games on the list that people are actually interested in. Right now I've already pre-ordered and paid off Dragon Age: Origins, Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2, Halo 3 ODST, Batman Arkham Asylum, NHL 10, and Madden 10 (also Modern Warfare 2 because my local store let me). I'm interested how it's going to work for DJ Hero considering it's going to cost $120+.

So... what are you planning on getting?

Went in yesterday to do a T3 - the guy didn't even ask what game, just threw the credit onto EDGE for me. He was the manager, too, so I'm guessing he wasn't just some dumb CSR. Seems pretty knowledgeable from what I've seen.
 
Went to to a T3G1F For HALO 3:ODST at Deerfoot Meadows EB in Calgary.

What worked: (They said trade value have to be over $11)

Spiderman Web of Shadows (360)
Ninja Gaiden Sigma (PS3)
Quantum of Solace (PS3)

What did not:

Kingdom Under Fire: Circle of Doom (360)
Golden Axe (360)
Star Trek Legacy (360)
 
has anyone done a t3g1 for dj hero? I was gonna try to do t3g1 for the software only and then pay the difference for the bundle but 2 stores wouldn't let me do it.

I guess EBGames finally caught-on to the fact Kingdom Under Fire is being sold for $10 at Walmart :lol:.

I'm pretty sure there is no software only for DJ Hero since you need that piece of plastic to play it. ;)

Other option: do 2 T3s on games with Gaming Guarantees then put the credit on an Edge card!

I know there isn't software only for it but I meant using 69.99 towards the purchase of it from a t3g1. The title is listed on the board of eligible games for a t3g1.
 
Hmmm... I can't decide between Halo 3 ODST and Uncharted 2. I just got a PS3... but I don't really know which I want more! Any suggestions?

Preorder both, get Halo, trade it in within a week for 69.99 with the gaming guarantee, and pick up Uncharted with the credit. If you discover you liked Halo more, get full credit back again with the Uncharted gaming guarantee and rebuy Halo!

It's T2 Get it for 19.99 for most, however for some if you're there on the first two days and you did the trade 2 (get $50 off), they occasionally have T2 get it for $10 on the day of. So they'll give you the $10 credit for the difference. Thats only if they have it on the first couple days of release though ;o

To clear up the DJ Hero thing, most stores WILL do the T3G1F on it, $69.99 towards it, and you pay the difference (PAY, not do another T3G1F on it), but there is nothing stopping you from doing 2 T3G1F on gaming guarantees and just using the credit of course. Which if they're being bitchy about it, just do that, put it on NFS Shift/MUA2 and that way you'll only have to go back one more time to return them, because they come out on the same day. That will only work up until tomorrow though. Good luck.

Oh okay then. But my ebgames do accept T3G1F towards any future releases and not just a selected few. So i guess the best way for me to get my copy for PES 2010 is still through t3g1f then.
