EB online has really been kicking ass lately.

The last few preplayed games I've ordered from EB have come looking brand new - pretty much on par with how Gamefly games come.

Today I got Brute Force and Seablade from them - both cost me about $7.50 total shipped. And both came looking brand new. The Brute Force has to be a brand new copy that they had to open to send to me because they ran out of used copies and the Seablade is mint, which is surprising considering how old the game itself is.

Now if only EB wouldn't put those damn stickers all over the cases, they'd be pretty close to overtaking Gamefly as having the best quality used games along with the best prices.

Anyone else getting their used games from EB in mint condition? Or am I just lucky?

I've got quite a few games in mint condition from them, even some Playstation and Dreamcast games. They haven't got any better or any worse recently, but I generally get quality from them.

EDIT: But I still wouldn't say the quality is as good as Gamefly.

I got Demon Stone from Gamefly today as well and the Brute Force I got from EB was on par with the Gamefly game. So overall, no, not as good quality, but its getting there.

i got a copy of Ico from gamestop that still had the original sticker on the top of the case, basically it was brand new without the wrapping. i got it for $9.99 too

I was so happy to see that my pre-played Jet Moto 2 came complete the other day...Nothing better than getting a game complete that was used for free shipping purposes.

yeah, i'm hoping the Marvel vs. Capcom 2(xbox) i ordered comes complete and looking good. never had a problem with eb online though.

Ahhhh.... Jet Moto 2 rocked! :p

I'm getting pissed at EB again, as they're so fucking late on getting my package to me. It shipped on the 12th and there's been no updates since then. :bomb:

I ordered espn nfl 2k5 about 2 weeks ago, I got it last week, and the disc itself was crap condition. It had some sharpie on it, I just returned it later that day.

The new copy of Ghost Hunter I ordered from them came as a reshrinkwrapped display copy complete with missing seal and price sticker under the shrinkwrap. So for every good deal they give out (i.e. sending a new game when you ordered used) they fuck others over by sending gutted display copies when you order new.

I've never had a problem with EB online. Almost everything I order looks great, usually coming with only a single sticker on the case. And the stickers they're using now are actually very easy to get off. If you slowly pull up one corner and then quickly pull the rest they will usually come right off.

Yeah, that seems to be happening a lot more than it used to. My copy of Resident Evil Outbreak I ordered a few weeks ago and my copy of Unreal II that I got last week both were re-shrinkwrapped (RE had a broken security seal, Unreal didn't have any seal)
