That's what the EB employee told me too, i'd have to pay the difference. He called someone to verify (not sure who) and he said the same thing.

did you end up getting the ds? cause you should of.
 
No becasue i already did this deal a few weeks ago and they said it was for regular DS lites only, but he didn't mention that i could pay the difference. But i was at a different EB games today and asked him if it applied to the crimson bundle just to be sure, and he told me i'd have to apply the difference.

If the EB employee that i bought it from told me that, i probably would have paid for the crimson.
 
I got the Crimson no problem at Metrotown today. I played it slow... asked the clerk to check the TIVs of my 6 games, then I asked whether they had a promo for trade-6, then asked if the Crimson DSL was included as well. I wonder if I would've gotten away with games

damn, thats unfortunate. i was lucky that manager was there to clear things up so i ended getting my crimson ds without extra charge... I don't understand how its so hard to get a deal right.

I think someone on RFD mentioned they only had 1 left, plus I went to the RV on Kingsway, so Metrotown was pretty close.

Ranzo or anyone else, will there by anything like this for the PSP Slim? Even if it's 8 games, I wouldn't mind going to a Rogers Video and getting 8 360 games or something for $120 and trading in for a Black PSP Slim.
 
Anyone know how long this promo was supposed to go on for? Is it still on now?
I'd like to make some calls, but I'm stuck at work for a while and would REALLY like to take advantage of this.
 
Still works. I traded in a bunch of DS games, and the nice girl working there even let me know the value of them all so I could keep the most expensive two out of the 8 that worked.
