ebay: 1600 XBLA Points - $15 (What's the scam here?)

This seller has only one feedback, and is selling XBLA points for a suspiciously low price. Also, he's limiting each person to one purchase. What's the scam here? I can't tell how he's trying to screw people.

maybe he bought these on clearance and wants to make some profit and build some feedback?

Maybe, though it still seems a little strange - as though he only has one code and would be proved to be a scammer if he had to send out two. The auction did sell out pretty quickly after I posted it, so somebody out there believes it's legit.

Very interesting how his only feedback is from buying a 99 cent wallpaper. I remember a scammer would buy digital photos to up his feedback. But then again, he may have just wanted to not have 0 feedback.

Feedback seems a little quick too. Perhaps took the loss here to get a few positive reviews about a similar item and will return with a large quantity of something nonexistent?
