Sold a mw3 founder code and stated in auction it was a founder code. Buyer didnt realize there was a difference. But I already sent him the code....he is obviously stuck with it.


It shouldnt feel bad right? he should know how to read.....I dont think it would be any kind of business to cancel sale and resell since he still has code access.
 
he is cool about it, but still....come on people check auctions. I sold this Pirates 4 3D blu ray pack, without the 3D and this guy freaked because the 3D wasnt in it...even though it was listed not in it
 
To be fair, you did include "Elite Premium" as part of the first sentence...

but eBay buyers really should read; or at least ask questions before buying...

still, I wouldn't refund/cancel the transaction due to the risk of it being used; hopefully the buyer won't cause any trouble by opening up a case with the Resolution Center.
 
Considering it was clearly highlighted in multiple colors multiple times id say you did your job. Its not up to you to guide the buyers hand into making the right purchase. We've all screwed up and ordered something without really looking it over and you just gotta learn the lesson the hard way.
Hopefully he wont cause any problems but in no way should you be trying to make ammends.
