And this is why you shouldn't fall for gimmicky promotions like "Pay full price for Halo and save $20 (i.e. pay $40) for a 12 month Xbox Live subscription.

I know one of the deals had 13 months and 800 pts but IMHO it's always best to make sure you are paying no more then $35 for your XBL subscription as this is a fairly common promotion.

I just got the email for this deal from eBay. They also have AC3 for $45 today, for both systems. It will be cheaper on BF though at BB.
