The fee you are charged is based on many things. It depends on things like which listing format you use, as well as which category your item is in, so it is impossible to know the fee just by knowing the price.

That's the calculator I use for my auctions/BINs. Updated in May with the most recent changes, so it should be fairly accurate. Also has calculators for other sites.

I don't think that's accurate... I used to use that calculator too but since eBay started charging more for videogames, they haven't updated it. I use this one now: http://home.alltel.net/micrep/fees.html. It's not as pretty but it takes into consideration the category you're listing in.
