This auction is for a new copy of Mario Mix DDR. This is a very rare game. This was purchased from a store that was displaying box over register so box seal is cut.

If it's not factory sealed, you shouldn't list it as new. eBay guidelines require new to be factory sealed.

Why start Mario DDR at $50? You know it's going to go well over that, so starting it at .99 would have saved you some fees. Hell, even starting it at 49.99 would have cut the listing fees in half.

Can you provide a quote for that? Reading the listing rules I can't find anything like that. They require you to clearly state the condition of the item but, for example "New Without Tags" is a perfectly acceptable condition. "New" requires that the item be in its factory supplied condition, describing the packaging is separate.

but the seal has been broken, so when the factory supplied condition was broken when the game store opened it, then it techincally wouldn't be new anymore, it would be used. just see the various lawsuits against gamestop for selling used games as new when clearly they are not!

Both the game inside and the pad are still seperately sealed, so I really don't think the outer box being open means the item isn't sealed anymore. AFIAK, there are no loose items in the box that could be lost/tampered with

The game itself Mario Mix is sealed. That game itself and the pad hae not been opened. The box has been opened. But only to put the contents some where so it couldn't be stolen. The pictures were taken with my girlfriends camera. She wasn't around for the beginning of my listings. Then i told her it sucked cause it took blurry pictures and she messed with some buttons and i just don't feel like going back and relisting pictures. I can assure everyone the blurry pictures aren't to hide everything and that Mario Mix is NEW (I don't see why it wouldnt be if the game itself is SEALED.)

Do you combine shipping or give discounts to CAGs? I'm interested in Media Mail if it helps.

I could combine shipping I'm sure. I would have to work out the final price at the end with you before i send the final invoice ( i think that's how it works right, i only sold once and it was pick up but i have bought a lot before) I would just go to the post office ask them then let you know because I know how alot of people are trying to rip people off with shipping.
