ebay game selling (info & Q)

Dude009

CAGiversary!
any american sellers notice they're not getting as much for their games as usual?

any other canadians not buying as much as before?

i've recently noticed that most games use ebays new global shipping program.. and i don't know if people are aware it's making the final price for american to canadian sales much higher (shipping seems to have almost doubled in price)

makes it not really worth it to buy from those who use it anymore, and i imagine it's cutting into what the seller could/should be getting.

i don't know if it's some scam or what; they say it covers taxes and duty fee's.. but they were never there to begin with.

hoping to get the word out.. game sellers should likely not use this option (i think it's optional?) it's just lining someone else's pocket ;)

Maybe if you don't use tacking but otherwise it is not that much higher.  A buyer was charge $10.36 for a DVD set with global shipping.  If I ship it myself with tracking there isn't much of a difference.  The only downside is that I normally mark my package as gift and there is no way for me to do that with  global shipping.

i dunno man

seems the average shipping price on a game now is $10 - $14 when it used to be about $6
