I got up this morning only to find out my copy of Gripshift was removed. I was selling it on Ebay since like 5 days ago.....But I still see many many copies of this game in Ebay....Why was mine Deleted? It said Copyright Infringement.......THE GAME IS ORIGINAL, NOT A BACKUP, NOT A COPY NOT ANYTHING BUT HOW ITS SOLD IN RETAIL......What the Hell???

The game may be a bridge to something I don't want to talk about, but still, its me trying to get advantage of the Situation.....I am just doing it to get money....and why my Item??? Why are there hundreds more in Ebay?

What do you guys think?

Is this a PSP version or PS3 version? If you're trying to gameshare on eBay, I think that's why it got pulled.

The PSP version is a different story. It's a physical, tangible media and shouldn't be removed.

Gripshift is only on PSP, and yes, its a Physical, original and Brand New copy of the game.....and It got removed, I just listed it again, ending in 1 day from now, im not going to give them time to remove it again. fuckers

EDIT: YAY!!!! I'm a CAG Veteran!!

It's also a downloadable purchase available in the PSN Store and I think XBOX Marketplace, so they might think you're trying to sell a digital download copy.

If you mentioned this in the description (specifically what the game can be used for besides playing the actual game), that's probably why it got pulled.

EBay just is annoying like that. They pull legit listings but if you are a powerseller you can sell whatever you want and they don't care. I reported the most obvious looking bootleg GBC games from a powerseller and they wouldn't pull it but they pulled my Freeloader for Gamecube listing (thankfully after it sold) even though all it does is play imports. I bet if I was a powerseller they would have let it slide.

Very true. I've reported plenty of auctions for bootleg games or sellers who overcharge for shipping but they rarely do anything about it if the seller is a power seller. They have always played favorites with power sellers but it's gotten worse in recent years.

OP, just relist it and make no mention of what it does. Anybody searching for a copy of Gripshift most likely knows what it's for.

I sold 2 copies this last week without any hitches. I never once mentioned what it could be used for, only that it was sold out everywhere. There really is no reason to state what it's used for in the auction, as people who are looking to purchase it know exactly what it can be used for.

Couldve been something in your title/description that triggered an automatic bot to think it was a bootleg

Ya you can't have any mention in your title of exploiting or modification some people do and get away with it others do and get it removed my listings state that it "works" on the PSP 1000, 2000, and 3000. and it is ULUS 10040 which is just general information about the game.
