I bought something on eBay in that ended up coming in crap condition and the seller was a jerk about it. It's not worth enough to go through the hassle of filing a Paypal dispute and all, but I want to leave negative feedback so that people know to be wary of dealing with him. My question is, will he neg me right back out of spite? I payed almost immediately after I won and I don't want a negative when I did nothing wrong.
