Ebay Scam?

I looked around online and couldn't find any info about ebay listings like this.  Seems pretty fishy to me since there is no description, seller has no feedback, and it says item location is in Canada but the user's about me page says he/she is based in India.  Is this a scam?

Ok. I didn't buy it but my dad did since he missed out on the Gamestop sale on these tablets a couple weeks ago. I'll let him know to just report the seller now so he can get his money back sooner.

well looks like that link directs to a search now.  Always be wary of sellers with conflicting locations especially if there aren't established.
