eBay Scammer Advice PLEASE HELP :( - ps3 gh3

Ok, here's the deal. This guy purchased Guitar Hero 3 and the controller from me on eBay. I bought this a week ago, beat it, and sold it on eBay.
It's basically brand new in very very VERY good condition. They guy is now claiming the guitar controller doesn't work at all, and that he's changed the batteries 3 times still nothing.

This is absolutely not possible. It's close to brand effing new!
What should I do? I sold it for $15 and only got to keep $5 because shipping was $10. So it's not like he spent a lot of money on this.

It's possible that it was damaged during shipping. How did you ship it? Original packaging, or inside something else? Who did you ship with? Any insurance on it?

At worst I suppose you could ask him to ship it back to you, and then refund his money. It's not like it would be a huge loss to you.
