Ebay seller not answering my questions

There's some guy on ebay that's charging $25 shipping for video games with really low bidding prices.

Nobody has bid on them because the shipping is too high, but I live about 60 miles away from this seller. I've asked him multiple times if I could pick it up, and he won't reply to me.

I'm almost certain it's a CAG, Greetard or Jaket. Even if I know where the seller lives and went to pick it up, would he make me pay the shipping? http://search.ebay.com/_W0QQsassZlor08QQhtZ-1

Meh, you could just report the auctions for excessive shipping.

BTW, it is done so he can avoid high Final Value Fees. For example, selling a $50 game with $5 shipping, he has to pay like $2 to eBay. But if he sells a $5 game with $50 shipping, he only pays like 10 cents. Either way, the buyer pays the same amount. And yeah, it is against eBay policy to do that.

Sellers are not required to meet with you even if you like 1 block away. You can report his ass to ebay or just not worry about it since no one seems to be biddding anyhow.

How can you just say it's a CAG? Please edit that part out since your calling out people ( Even more a CAG and a dear good friend of mine, Jaket ;) ) on a random guess.

Poor guy - it seems that everybody that left him neg is a liar.

If he's using a drop-ship service, changes are pretty good you won't be able to pick it up...he probably never sees most of his inventory personally.

Well that depends on where the seller is from and how they are selling the auction.

If the seller states there is no negotations on shipping then they are just trying to screw ebay which is a good thing. I have bid on many of these auctions and it was all good.

The seller should reply with "You have to pay the shipping regardless if live near me or not" something like that.

But when you are importing items if the shipping price is high do not pay more then what you have to pay. The seller should say something like "I will ship to other countries if you pay double the shipping" or something like that. Then you can negotiate the true shipping price that is the double.
