Ebay Wording

I'm looking to sell my soft modded PSP on ebay but am not sure how to word it to avoid the listing getting taken down.  Any advice on certain phrases I could use to clearly show what i'm offering, without raising red flags over the item, would be much appreciated.  Thanks.

PS:  its a psp 3000 with ten hour extended battery, carrying case, grip enhancer and two memory stick pro duos.  if i were to list it as a buy it now item what would be a realistic price that would likely be jumped on fairly quickly.  Would $150 be out of line?

I don't know what they sell for but you can still find these for $100 new at various retailers.

I bought a modded PSP on eBay once before. And I just looked. Some PSPs are listed running "Custom Firmware". I think it may be at the point where these older machines don't get as much stigma for piracy and modding as newer consoles.
