Why do you continue with this fallacy? The site tells you that they are not responsible for typographical errors. The prices were an obvious typographical error. They have no further obligation to you.
I work in retail. Store circulars have errors all the time. Recently we had a rediculous price for something and caught it the day before, so we put a sign next to the circulars, and a sign next to the product, that it was an error. And you know what happened? People bitched and moaned like no tomorrow.
The night before a new sale starts we take down the old price signs. The huge signs above products have the numbers removed, but are left with the .00 at the end. And you know what? People want the product for that price, and will bitch and moan for an hour about it.

Someone misplaced a decimal point, and you want to take advantage of that mistake to your benefit. Now, anyone (including myself) who tried to order is guilty of that. However, you want to go the extra mile of calling a CSR and demanding they honor the price or give you a gift voucher. No company could ever satisfy people like that without going bankrupt.
And I'm really sure you'd actually give someone a game for a quarter if you accidentally typed $.25 instead of $25.

Those prices were clearly messed up. EB has a policy that they can cancel orders. In no writing does EB have a policy for giving out $20 gift vouchers for a mistake that some stupid employee made.
The company shouldn't have to lose a whole lot of money because of someone trying to get money who didn't do anything for them.
