Saw this at my EB games last week sometime. It says you can visit their website, but I can't find anything about it on EBgames.com. Here's the flyer:

I was down in Champaign visiting friends and we went over to EB. (They play DDR, but not as much as I do) Only two other people showed up to play, and they didn't have a memory card ready, so they said we could have 30 minutes to "practice." (Unlock some songs) I told the other two players I didn't want to practice. Anyway, we played three songs, and they took all three song scores added together to determine the winner. I had all perfects on my first two songs, and I had all perfects with one great on my third song. I was happy to win! (Oh, and it was even better, because the manager made everyone remove their shoes!)

Yarrrg I didn't hear about this until too late either. Nobody good here heard about it so it would've been an easy win.

I played 10 minutes or so last night, and I played a good hour today. I think my mat is...well, not broken, but I think it has something wrong with it. After each session, I've unplugged the cord from the console, and went to pick the mat up so I can store it under my bed. Well, I've reached for the black box at the top of the mat (says Nintendo on it) and been shocked pretty hard both times. I've realized not to grab it there anymore, but is this just my mat, or did Konami/Nintendo make a mistake in production of all the mats? I'd hate to see these all get recalled. (I'm also emailing Nintendo about the situation.)
why must they exclude employees from contests :whistle2:(
Because if a store has dishonest employees they might just avoid putting up notice of the contest until 5 minutes before it starts so that they win when no one else shows up?

I know that the employees in most stores wouldn't do that, but it seems to be a general policy of most companies to exclude their employees from contests to prevent abuse.
