FAQ:
How do I get those sticky yellow EB stickers off my case?
Buy a bottle of Goo Gone. They're usually $5 or less. They last forever and are a good purchase if you buy lots of used games. You can find them at drug stores or places like Wal Mart.

The bottle looks like this:

When is the EBgames morning update?
Usually between 7am and 7:30am eastern time, Monday through Friday. There are no updates on some holidays.

How do I know the update happened?
The number of in stock games will drop to zero, then rise back up. This takes less than a minute.

I had game X in my cart, but it disappeared while I was checking out. What happened?

Someone else beat you to it. Just because an item is in your cart, doesn't mean it's reserved for you until you finish checking out.

How do you know how many copies of game X are in stock?
When the item is in your cart, change the quantity to a large number (like 99). When the page refreshes, the quantity will be reduced to the number available.

Are there any coupons I could use to save money?
CAG15 gives you 15% off used merchandise.
CAG16 gives you 16% off $50 or more worth of used merchandise.
SAVER gives you free shipping on orders containing used games and accessories. For some reason, Gameboy games do not work with SAVER.
any1 know what time the updates happen been sitting here since 7am est thought they happened at 7
They've been happening at 7:30 ish for a few weeks now.
Gamestop.com has this new for $29.99 less 10% off + Tax and 2.99 shipping. It's thier daily deal. The shipping makes it worth getting a complete copy.
Very true, as theres about a 99% chance of you not getting a complete copy via EBgames used selection. There is only one game I wouldn't mind getting cart only right now, and thats Breath of Fire 2, as my cart is a piece of shit and won't go past the information entering screen.

Ugh...The last Atlas game I needed, Kartia was stolen from me at checkout! Oh, well. At least it will keep me coming back to the update. Did get Saga Frontier...hope it's complete!

Just noticed that SaGa Frontier comes up 16.99 on the page, but checks out at 6.99 less discounts...Hooray!

Disney DDR went up to $50... wow. Huge PS update. Was able to snag Intelligence Qube at what I believe was a price drop to $34.99. Persona1 was in for a solid minute too.
I do not have the link, as I clicked straight on the 'add to cart' link from the playstation sorted high to low page. Sorry...
take the item number off your invoice -- that can be used to determine the URL.

1 copy of irritating stick came in stock, but I didn't bother with it because I didn't want to risk missing Guitar Hero, which either didn't come in, or was snatched between my page refreshes. No worm for me :(

Well, I've never played it, I don't really need it complete (it'd be nice, but not necessary), and $2.25 shipped is less than one would pay on eBay. Still, as I stated, I didn't bother with it, as I was going after bigger fish.

Well I would like to thank you for going after bigger fish since I was able to snag irritating stick finally. I guess that's the one good thing about having really early classes this semester, I can finally snag the games I want during the morning update.
http://www.ebgames.com/ebx/product/205175.asp

I know its been posted before, but im making it my pick of the day. If you like Ogre Battle, youll like this. Plus it has a cool soundtrack, like Godzilla NES hard rock tracks. $2.99 b/c.
:whistle2:s I'd have to disagree with this one -- picked it up a week or two ago and couldn't have been too much more disappointed with it. Obviously I wasn't expecting the best game ever for the price, but the killer was that everything seems to be heavily based on luck. All the actions, movement or attacking, are controlled by randomly rolled dice. On top of that, you get a random five card hand from a deck that can be used as 'power ups', with some of them adding to attack or defense for a round, some adding to movement, and others even letting you escape the level right away!

Maybe this game gets better with time, but after two rounds of constantly rolling low and getting trounced, I just got too frustrated with the luck involved and turned the game off.

I think you named just about everything I did like about the game :D. But hey, as always not every game is for everyone, and its always good to have a second opinion.
I grabbed the last Wild Arm ACF. They also have Suikoden Tactics in stock.
thank you for grabbing it... It was tempting me to buy it..:)

I concur with both Danro and Genocidal...It's a great premise but also very frusterating when you are battling someone who heals thier HP just as much as you are able to take away...then you get 4,5,6 bad draws and then you are healing yourself as much as they are dishing out...But it is fun! And well worth $2.24 cents. Don't plan on a complete copy though...I ordered it 3 times and each one was worse than the other. Finally the 4th order I was able to get a playable copy, disk only.
