FAQ:
How do I get those sticky yellow EB stickers off my case?
Buy a bottle of Goo Gone. They're usually $5 or less. They last forever and are a good purchase if you buy lots of used games. You can find them at drug stores or places like Wal Mart.

The bottle looks like this:

When is the EBgames morning update?
Usually between 7am and 8am eastern time, Monday through Friday. There are no updates on some holidays.

How do I know the update happened?
The number of in stock games will drop to zero, then rise back up. This takes less than a minute.t

I had game X in my cart, but it disappeared while I was checking out. What happened?
Someone else beat you to it. Just because an item is in your cart, doesn't mean it's reserved for you until you finish checking out.

How do you know how many copies of game X are in stock?
When the item is in your cart, change the quantity to a large number (like 99). When the page refreshes, the quantity will be reduced to the number available.

Are there any coupons I could use to save money?
CAG15 gives you 15% off used merchandise.
CAG16 gives you 16% off $50 or more worth of used merchandise.
SAVER gives you free shipping on orders containing used games and accessories. For some reason, Gameboy games do not work with SAVER.

How do I find links to games that are currently out of stock?
Use the following Google link and replace "gameyouwantgoeshere" with the name of the game you are searching for. [thanks radjago]

i order probably 20 gameboy games a week , and every week i have to return at least 5 of them. I decided to pick up some cheap PS1 games last week. Every single one of them had been resurfaced, most of which was quite poorly. A couple of them actually had dried resurfacer spooge on the label side of the disc.
I appreciate the cheap prices, but the quality control needs some serious work

Agreed. I'm sure most of the defective games were traded in intentionally because they don't bother to check them.
Nearly every game from the eb warehouse seems to be defective. It must be all store returns. I dont think they even try to resurface the stuff very well either.
The Metroid Fusion I ordered two weeks ago came defective the cart would not save and it was a very tight fit in my GBA I had to send it back I am hoping they send me a 100% working cart.
How much does this sell for on eBay? I'm at a comp at school that blocks eBay. Thanks.
complete is about $30-40 with a regular auction. But people are still buying them with a BIN of $40- $50. Btw the price instore is usually cheaper.
how do u get the price down to 22.49? for advance wars
CAG15, Edge card number, SAVER. The OP is a good read ;)
Somewhat good updated today, was hoping I'd get in on that memory card...but I guess I'll wait for tomorrow.
Yeah, sorry about that.

Legend of Mana is supposed to be mediocore. If it wasent a Square game then most people probably wouldent give it a second look...

A Tales of Phantasia (GBA) product page had been added today...

http://www.ebgames.com/ebx/product/260579.asp

I might buy it sooner or later... that is, after I beat my damn Tales of Symphonia thats been sitting on my shelf for awhile now! My backlog is ridicolous....

My backlog is horrible and I'm still buying things. I've got 75 console and portable games that are from the PS1, onward...at least 5-10 of those I haven't played and probably 50-60 of the games I have played that I own, I haven't beat yet and probably never will beat.

Kingdom Hearts: CoM arrived today and actually plays; hooray for functional used GBA carts.

And Level Jumper, you've got it easy ;) I've compiled nearly 80 GC, 30 GBA, and 30 DS games in the last year. Most of that probably in the last 6 months. Played a small fraction, beaten maybe a half dozen.

i would never pay 35 bucks for a game that is around 10+ years old

i might rent it off gamefly but i would never pay more then 10 bucks for it

(offtopic)

I've got nearly 80 games,

And I've beaten like 5 or 6...

I play a lot of games, but I get so sidetracked I never end up finishing anything >

A miracle occurred when I went to EBGames today . . . I brought in the Guitar Hero I recently purchased online to return it. The green fret is broken (works physically but is "stuck" in the on position).

The two clerks marvel over the price paid (receipt shows $30) but were really cool about it . . . happy-for-me attitude. They bring over another one and something is going on between them. I say "can you swap it for another?" "You have a used one!?" They say no the one they have is new.

I'm like "you can do that?" They say its just between us and they open the new one and give me a new guitar for my broken one!!!

Now, I can return my other broken guitar (to another store) with my recent receipt.

Why in the world are you allowed to enter 99 of the Intelligent Cubes into your cart? I just tried this to get a total of 4599.00. They certainly don't have that many in stock right?

I got Atelier Iris and Makai Kingdom for $39.95 or something like that a/c. I bought a Makai Kingdom guide yesterday for $6, so decided it was about time I pick it up.

Weird, when I did a search for Breath of Fire and Alpha 3, those did not come up, but when I used your links they're in stock. Anyway, picked up BoF, Half Life 2, and Kotor 2 for $51.16 shipped, not to shabby. I think I'm completely done with Xbox, I think I own every game for the system that I'd like.
What's the difference between PSO I & II and PSO I & II Plus?
PSO Plus is a re-release that has a bunch of the downloadable (and online?) quests on the disc, I guess for people who weren't able to get online with the game so they could get the quests. Damn, I really would've liked to pick up a copy of that, it's pretty rare.

Ultimate Brain Games
http://www.ebgames.com/ebx/product/218115.asp

This is actually a really great game. Chess, checkers, connect four, battleship, othello, and more... fun multiplayer where you can just pass one GBA back and forth (or use the link cable if you really want to go to the trouble)... and the music is really cool. I thought the game would be kinda generic at first but it turned out to be a really polished product.
