I have a problem similar to that...I got Harvest Moon:Back to Nature, that always rumbles my controlers and messes them up. However, I got it a while ago. So I haven't gotten around to it, but I was gonna try to buy another copy, return my broken copy, and get money back/store credit.

Most likely they won't, if its anything remotely rare, but you could get lucky. If they can't exchange it, they'll just refund you via your method of payment. And then you get to try the morning update rollercoaster all over again.

what's wrong with resurfaced? just aesthetics?
 
Is it a new thing where saver won't work with Gameboy games? I decided rather than ordering some junky $0.99 PSX or Genesis game I have no interest in, I would try to re-build my old Gameboy collection (lost all of my games except Megaman), so I added Balloon Kid. I ended up having to order a $0.99 PSX game anyway but still ordered Balloon Kid anyway (for $4.24 after the 15% off I figured it was worth it)

Resurfaced or disc doctored?

Take the manual and inserts out and return it disc only if you really don't want it.

Apparently it is a new thing. I also tried ordering a few GB games and ended up having to put a cheap SNES game in the cart in order to get free shipping. For a while saver didn't work with only SNES games in your cart, no idea why.

you know, you don't have to reply to what he says, and sometimes they DO update on saturday, i've seen it happen.
 
So whats a good time to check for the morning update? 7:00 a.m.? 7:30?
 
It's 7 am eastern time, about. I think most people get here at least 15 minutes or so before it...sucks for the people on the west coast :p

they occassionally do like a 3-4 game update, nothing major like the weekdays, but sometimes something won't be in stock on Friday when I look then magically be there on Saturday, happened when i got klonoa 2 a while back.

yes! got in on the Tekken 5 arcade stick bundle. Had a problem with saver coupon but went ahead and purchased it anyway. Is it true that i can call them up and have them discount the shipping costs?

Saw Cubivore in, but 30 a/c is a little more than I want to spend at the moment. Not too bad of a price at all, though if you're lucky enough to find it in-store, GS sells it 19.99 used B&M.

Pick up the first one first . . . then savor it. The second adds some wrinkles but the first is a blast. A truly great game for $10!

That's an astounding price in my book. I can't support or deny the GS B&M price, but I can say that before knowing of CAG, I was proud to get this on ebay for $32 -- most auctions nowadays run nearly $50 for this.

Now, the game itself is almost TOO weird for me, and I like weird games. I made it to the third rebirth ("Chicky") before stopping...one day I'll finish it and have to struggle about keeping it for value or selling it b/c I'll never play it again.
