[Edmonton] For Sale: Ear Force X41 Headphones (100$) LAST REDUCTION!! MUST GO!!

CAGiversary!
Okay, how come I can make a topic in here, yet can't in the BIG Trading forum?

Meh.

Anyways, up for sale is the Turtle Beach Ear Force X41 Headphones.

Complete and virtually brand new too. Been only used a few times.

Reason I'm selling this is because I haven't played on my XBox in months, and rather than let it sit, I'll let someone else have fun using them and be put to better use.

Also, getting a better deal that getting it from the store!

I'm looking for 100$. Doesn't matter if it's local or in the next province.

Just a moment, I will update this post with some pictures.

I had a pair of the old old Ear Force headphones but I hated them because 1) they were infra-red and subject to line-of-sight and 2) the audio mixing was terrible. It was incredibly difficult to hear what anyone else was saying over chat--way too quiet.

I know these ones are RF, so that's a big plus. But is the in-game chat quality good now?

Truly and honestly, I never used the chat feature. The primary reason I bought these was for the Audio Quality of the games I played.

However, Turtle Beach says they have this unique feature where they have the mic chat volume sync with the volume of the music, so that you can always hear your teammates/opponents no matter how high the volume.

Just don't bust your ear drums! xP

I've read more about it and it sounds like things have improved. Still, I'm kinda weird about buying used headphones even if they've only been used a few times--hygiene thing. I'll think about it.

I won't deny that there's a hygienic aspect, but it's easily remedied by some disinfectant wipes for telephones and that type of stuff.

I've checked out my A/V setup and figured out a way to fit these in with my system without unplugging everything when I want to use them. $100? Sold.
