They are calling them "entitlements."

You know the idea of achievement pts is a good thing but ripping them off is plain old cheap. Sony plays dirty...then again so does Microsoft when it comes to Windows.

[quote name='s3v3n777']The PS3 can wait...I want to see what Sony is planning with that console. I love my PS2 and PSP but I'm not 100% sure of the PS3. Besides, I don't like the "innovative" controller idea they have and how the vibration "interferes" with the motion sensor. Funny...didn't Sony get their asses sued off for that technology. Ironic. Not only that but it'll take a year for the really good games to come out anyway. Look at the 360, last year nothing really great came out for it at all. I bought one at launch and don't regret it but at $600 I would need to see an amazing launch lineup in order to spend that kind of dough. If there's any console that I'm fairly certain will get a quick price drop, it'll be the PS3.

"game shops like EB & Gamestop will have their trucks lined up at Microsoft's warehouse as 12:01AM on November 7th (the date the game actually ships) and will get stock to their stores as quickly as they can."

"They'll be able to sell it the minute they get it so some of those stores will have the game well before the 12th,"

Good luck trying to pry it from the hands of EB/Gamestop employees before Nov12.
