Thanks for the heads up, OP. The D-Pad on my standard black wireless controller has been messing up lately, so hopefully I'll get lucky and win this as a replacement.

Entered in both way, I just wrote the answer to the question on their Facebook page because it didn't do a good job telling me exactly what to do. I wish this controller came standard with the Xbox 360 Slim.

The d-pad pops up and the corners that aren't taken up by the pad pop up too to make it a disc like pad instead, MUCH easier to play fighters with compared to other controllers.
