Error 80029564 when downloading games from PSN

For some reason I keep on getting error 80029564 when downloading Just Cause 2, Little Big Planet 2, and etc. I did the PS3 safe mode and ran the two options, restored defaults, and disabled the media center but still having the same issue. Any advice to fixing this?

Have a 500GB HDD installed and about 200GB of free space.

Thanks for the link but all it says about the error is redownload the games which I've done 12 times for Just Cause 2, Little Big Planet 2, and Warhammer. I might have to backup my hard drive and format/restore which fixed it the last time which I was hoping to avoid.

It could be bad sectors on your hard drive, which would always lead to that issue until you get a new drive in there.
