eStarland.com issues (UPDATE: Finally got paid)

I traded in some games months ago. I requested a cash out on the 10th of January from these people. They haven't paid me since then. They seem to be ignoring my e-mails now too.

Have any of you people had any problems dealing with them? If I have to force their hand, how would I go about getting the authorities involved in this? It's a pretty substantial amount that we're talking about.

UPDATE:

I just got the cash out this instant. I guess the last e-mail did the trick.

I think they finally got off their asses to do it.

Anyways, I'm never going to trade anything in to them ever again though. It's ridiculous that I had to wait this long.

Nor would I recommend that anyone here ever trade in anything if prompt payment is desired.
 
I think they're losing money. Four of the Starlands in the VA/Maryland area, including one close to where I live, have closed down.
 
I pre-ordered a game from them online using PayPal. They charged me right away but I canceled the order. It took a while for them to give me the refund so I filed a dispute.
