eStarland Problem

I have a problem with one of my orders with eStarland. I have tried calling them, contacting them through their live support, and emailing them, but no one answers through any of these methods. Has anyone been successful with contacting them? Does anyone know a good time to call them? Or how long it takes them to respond to an email?

Wow, first I ever heard of someone having problems w/ eStarland. Keep trying - I'm sure they'll come through soon.

I've ordered from them a few times before and this is my first problem with them. What happened was I received my package, but the item I ordered wasn't in the package.

I was finally able to contact them today, and they saw that they had 2 extra of the item. So I wasn't the only one missing the item. They will ship the item to me today, so that's cool.
