I picked this up for $2 at TRU yesterday, thinking it would be a good cheap game to throw in with another to take advantage of a trade-x-games-get-$10-bonus deal. I opened it because used places tend to prefer you give them open games. What I didn't realize was that the game is marked Not for Resale, and that most places won't take it because it contains a unique registration code, and the premise with used games is that of course that code has already been used because the game is used.
This isn't the case, obviously, but I still can't sell it, and it furthermore occurs to me that it might even be outdated -- as in, maybe the Everquest servers don't even recognize this older game as a launching point for the ongoing MMPORG. (Everquest Online Adventures: Frontiers has since come out.) I don't mind losing the $2 I spent on the game, but I'd be curious to know whether the thing has any value whatsoever.
