In regards to the McDonalds commercial I just saw: I'm not very smart, so maybe I'm wrong but I really think calling items for a burger "amenities" is an incorrect use of the word.

Our dog Jake had a spinal stroke last night. He's got total paresis of one leg and possible minor paresis of another. The good news? Though he has no voluntary movement of his leg, he has good response to light touch, deep pressure and pain. The neurologist is optimistic for a >90% recovery.
 
Drag Me To Hell wasn't bad. Sam Raimi is great. Now I want to watch The Evil Dead and Army of Darkness.

I still half feel like shit from my hangover and I am not sure if I want to go to this shindig and drink again.

Thanks. He's sound asleep on the floor having some sort of dream, maybe of chasing a squirrel or something, and all of his feet are twitching and "running" which is hopefully a good sign.

Well, I'm glad that's over. Some kids didn't even have costumes on when they came out, and then took a huge handful of candy to stuff in their pennysaver delivery bag. Good grief.
