Sealed - exactly what it sounds like
Mint - perfect condition, just like sealed only missing the plastic wrap. No scratches or smudges on disc whatsoever.
Excellent - A few light scratches from normal use or some smudges that can easily be cleaned up.
And that's all! None of my games are below excellent condition
