Actually, if you note that it is a PRE-SALE you have 30 days to provide the buyer with the item.

At first I thought I was seeing things but there's a finished auction for disgaea where the U.S shipping was $7.75 and shipping to Canada/International was $99.99 and additional items purchased was also $99.99. So buy 2 games and pay roughly $300 US?
