So I got a Logitech Harmony remote for my XBOX 360. This is my second one, the first one my brother sat his big ass on it and broke the screen. Repairs were gonna cost me between 60 and 70. So i bought a new one through that Computers4sure.com deal. Three months later it become defective with dead pixel rows on it. It works fine by all means, its just that you can't read the bottom row on the screen. I call Logitech and they said that they are gonna send me a new one.
My question is... Has anyone ever had to exchange their remote? Do you actually get a new one or a refurbished one. Do you have to send yours back? If you don't what happens?
