External Enclosure needed, specs inside

I'm looking for an external HD enclosure, 3.5", IDE, with a fan. The HD that goes in it will be anywhere from 20-300 GB (I have a couple 20-80's and will be getting a 300 later). It will be on anywhere from 2-20 hours per day (around 8-10 hours on average). Anyone have any suggestions? I'd like something fairly cheap in price, but whatever I buy, I want to make sure I don't have to buy a replacement in a year or so cause it broke.

Even has E-sata for fast transfers. Your HD has to be SATA.

Yeah, unfortunately that doesn't help me as I only have IDE drives that I'll be using. Thanks though.
