For those of you who missed out on the Walmart clearance for Eye of Judgment, I noticed that Circuit City is selling the game for $39.99. It's not $29.99 like Walmart, but it's also not $64.99-$69.99.
It's only available in-store, but you should be able to get a good idea if a store near you has them in stock, but you'll have to add the game to your cart, put in your zipcode, and will then have a drop-down with the stores closest to you with an the game in stock.
