Are any B&M stores still selling EoJ? FS/BB don't seem to carry it anymore (at least it is no longer listed on their website). EB has it, but they want $80. I don't recall seeing it at BBV, but last time I was there, I wasn't looking. Wal-Mart seems to have the Eye, but no game.

EB Games is just like any other retailer: it's a business and its primary goal is to make money. Yes a lot of their stuff is overpriced, some of their policies are stupid (if they follow them at all), and most, if not all, stores are cramped and messy. However, like any other business, if you're patient and careful with your money you can score some amazing deals from them. Using trade-in deals I've scored new consoles and games for half off retail: try getting that at Future Shop/Best Buy/Dell.
