F*ck you Nintendo!
sorry but color does matter would u drive around a hot pink car?
Depends. If someone offered me one for $20, I'd take it. However, I wouldn't spew vomit onto the internet in an attempt to discourage those who would want a hot pink car without having some amount of evidence that pink cars cause cancer, eat children, etc.

Haven't you heard though? They do. Some guy standing in the road told me so.

While color can make a difference in some people's decision to buy a handheld, the pathetic part of the post is that the OP had no problem buying a white DS until they announced a black one. Now, because somewhere exists in the world is a black DS lite, it has somehow devalued the worth of all other DS lites in the mind of the OP to the point where he thinks Nintendo is personally trying to screw him over by taunting him. If the OP was shocked by Nintendo updating a handheld and adding new colors, he obviously has not paid much attention to Nintendo's habits. Personally, I'd prefer a black or navy blue DS lite, but as I am currently unemployed, by the time I get around to buying one, there probably will be one of those colors out here.

Like that hot pink caddy in Goodfellas? Shit was dope as fuck. I'd drive that thing even with a dead Johhny Roastbeef riding shotgun. Carpool lane, bitch!
Are you serious? This should get a cheapy for worst thread ever.
I'll finally be able to get the recognition I deserve!
And I won't buy a lite till nintendo stops being racist. Other countries get all types of colors, but here in the states: white only. Am I the only one noticing this!!!111

Well they told me they don't care for you that much to began with.
I'm not crazy for the white one, but I sold me regular DS on ebay about a month ago and I need to play my games.

dang. they might have to cancel launch now. not having your $130 is going to throw a ton of wrenches into the gears. what will they do now?

I wanted to get that "gay" blue you so kindly put, but I will be getting the white one on launch.

the gay blue just wasn't gay enough for me. I'm waiting for the pink-sparkle Jason Priestly edition. F*ck Nintendo.

Can't you see he's just an educated fool with money on his mind? Why are we so blind to see that the ones we hurt are you and me?

In all realness, Nintendo witholding the Black color from the american market is probably due to the fact that they have an insane amount of demand for the DS Lite, and not only here, but still in Japan. In Japan they're selling like hot cakes. And oh yaeh, people not buying a DS or any system because of color are fucking retarded, not gay, just retarded.

No, they aren't, and you're wrong. They should buy whatever they want. If they don't want a DS that badly and don't like the color, there is no reason not to wait. It's not like other colors aren't coming eventually.

I have no problem buying the white one. Personally, I think it'll look a lot better than, say, a black one after a few years as scratches will not be as visible and it'll always look "clean" as long as you take reasonable care of it.

Yes, it sucks that once again the game companies shit on the U.S. when it comes to variety/cool extras, but it's not enough of a problem to prevent me from buying it. However, there's nothing bad about refusing to buy it until they offer something you want.
