I recently bought F.E.A.R. at a yardsale for like $5 and I tried to install it this morning. However, I got two screens in and it asked for a validation code, which I don't have because they only had the discs.
Does anybody know where or if I could find a code? I know I had a similar problem when I bought half-life 2 on eBay but they let me reset the code and sent me a new one. Is it possible to get a new code somehow or to find one somewhere or am I just stuck with worthless discs?
