I agree. If anything he should be reported for having multiple accounts to get these keys...and for the record i already have one :)
 
um maybe I should change my thread title, I meant Want Paypal for the said games and offer me something for the beta keys such as an exchange like an RS2 beta key or some MS pub games but not paypal. Will change the thread title since its confusing.
