As I mentioned earlier, if you view this on Amazon, it still lists the "release date" as 10/19. Unfortunately, since it dropped to $18.89, it was after that date. While we on CAG know that it didn't actually come out until yesterday, I doubt it's worth the time/effort to convince Amazon that their system lists the wrong release date, and thus we should be refunded the $2.

Received the regular edition of the guide today. Pretty nice guide, I must say. My hardcover also has an ETA of Nov. 3rd.
