Even with the bad review it got on some site I read, I'm eager to get Romancing Saga for PS2. Also, I can't wait for:

Radiata Stories - PS2
Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow - DS(plan to buy at price drop or when the new colors arrive stateside)
Wild ARMS - Alter Code F
Kingdom Hearts 2

What games are you anticipating this fall?
 
If you'd asked this question a few days earlier the outcome would have included a lot of Zelda answers. But that major title is off the 2005 list now. Which will be next to drop from the Fall schedule?

I plan on eventually picking all of those up at some point. I'm not overly picky and there look to be a lot of solid titles launching this fall. A lot of these games are going to get smothered and have really quick price drops. I'll be there to pick them up when they do.
 
My big three for the fall were:

01 - Project Gotham Racing 3
02 - Perfect Dark Zero
03 - The Legend Of Zelda: Twilight Princess

...but now...ehh...I guess I got a big two. I'm not sure yet, but I want to get more details on EA's plans for SSX 4 for the XBox 360. From what I understand, they are bringing it to the system, but not until sometime next year. Depending on how long that wait is, I might make SSX 4 for XBox my last current gen game.

The only games I would be interested in paying full price for are We love Katamari, Shadow of the Colossus, and Okami. Everything else I can wait for a price drop. I'll be glad when the next wave of games arrives since that's when retailers usually discount current inventory to free up space.
 
Beyond the 360 launch and like 8 titles I want for it my "must have" list is really small. I'm going to wait for $20 land after Xmas to pick up most of the games people have listed.

The Shadow of Colossus and Okami are the only two games I'd pay more than $20 for for current gen systems this fall. If someone could convince me Rhapsodia was going to have a really small print run I might consider it as well since I have the complete Suikoden collection. Konami and rare don't go hand in hand this generation though. I'm fully expecting the Namco, Midway and Capcom collections to be $20 as well as We Love Katamari so they're no brainers.

I learned in 2003 never to buy holiday titles by the boatload at full price. Even games I thought would do well were $20 at BB within a month of Christmas. Example? I purchased Beyond Good & Evil AND XIII for $40-50. Didn't regret it but damn, I did learn my lesson. They were $15-20 the week after Christmas. I hadn't even played either before that drop but both were fantastic games.

See what the game industry has taught us? I'm so discriminating when buying titles that aren't online now because of 2003.

I read in a interview with the Serious Sam 2 developers that they will release the game at the $50 price. I'm gonna take a wait and see approach even though I loved the first one.

Legend of Zelda (GCN). Am I getting old that I am not jumping up and down for 10 games this Christmas like I used to?
 
Man, thank god for the DS. I've never been excited about so many games in such a short span of time before...

Trace Memory, Lost in Blue, Under the Knife, Pheonix Wright, Shogun Warrior/Empires, and Mario Kart all look like they're worth a shot.

I certainly hope AoE rules the pc this fall. And I'm praying Blitz: The League doesn't turn out to suck (though I'll definitely wait on it, since I got Madden 2006). We Love Katamari & SSX should be good, too. Bully & The Warriors I'm curious about, but I'm not expecting anything great.

Amen... never in my life have I been so excited about a portable system line up. I used to only buy a couple portable games a year max... but this fall alone I'm looking to pick up:
