Fallout 3 and Soul Calibur 4.

First, I do not want any online deals for these games, only instore deals please. :] I know there are many places that sell Fallout 3 for $40 now, but I was just wondering if there was any place cheaper, if not that's fine. As for Soul Calibur 4, I know there was a sale last weekend at GC that dropped it to the $20-$30 range but was not active anymore, trying to find a deal incredible as that. Any help if greatly appreciated.
 
got one for less than 20 after tax at Radio Shack if you can find one with it. Also see the deals section - you could try to price match.

Edit: Just checked the thread you got this info from, is it just 360 version or both 360 and PS3? Because I'm looking for the PS3 versions of both [Sorry if this wasn't clear, I thought the icon by the topic would do]. I read in the thread GameCrazy price matches, any other places?
 
As discussed in the Radio Shack clearance thread, the PS3 version of Soul Calibur IV is also $19.97. It's actually $17.97 if you buy it in the next few days as there is an extra 10% off clearance special going on now.

Anyone have any idea on how long the deal at RadioShack will last? In the thread you guys are talking about [Which I assume is this one, http://www.cheapassgamer.com/forums/showthread.php?t=209469] I can't find any mention of a PS3 version which qualifies for the deal as you said Josef, and I tried searching the website and nothing came up so I guess I can't price match either. Sorry if I'm being noobish or ignant for not being able to find this. :[
