Was doing some returns at the Power & loop 202 Walmart yesterday and saw they had a couple of the Fallout 3 CE's for $29.99.
Not sure if this is actually a good deal or not, but I know you don't see them every day.
Unfortunately I just realized I forgot to check whether they were PC, Xbox, or PS3. Sorry.
