Direct 2 Drive had a sale at $25 for it at one point, that's when I picked up my copy. Nothing like exploring the ruins of DC on a train ride across a state!
 
I believe Steam has had it on sale a couple times. Picked up my copy for $20 from a glitch on gamestop.com :)

It's possible it might drop in price after New Vegas comes out later this year.
