What is the difference between the GOTY CE guide and the GOTY guide?

AFAIK it's just a different cover design (which is hardcover, vs. paperback for the regular guide) and also it's supposed to be individually numbered.

Content-wise, I think the two are identical.

Thanks. Really helped me make a decision.. I'mma just get the regular GOTY guide unless I can find a CE one for the same price.

Same price, just about, from amazon. Or about a dollar cheaper if I buy it from a 3rd party seller on amazon.
