hmm, i already payed using paypal through my bank...mabey i should goto my bank tommarow and tell them to take the money back
 
well paypal has good buyer protection, so chances are you will get your money back regardless, you will most likely just be out of your time. but regardless this doesnt look good to me.
 
My guess is that, given the picture he has posted with the auction, he is selling pre-order cases, the sort that Gamestop and etc put up on the shelves before the game is released.
 
well im going to wait this one out. i dont think i can get my money back untill after the time perios of when i should recieve the item.

on the other items he listed, people asked a bunch of questions if this is the legit game with the cd/case/booklet, and he said yes.

he also had been a ebay member for a while with a 32 rating 100%

i didnt buy a car, so the worst thing that could happen is i lost 40 bucks.
 
I find it actually amusing that people would find games that cheap on eBay and take it seriously. Just like when Halo Reach was going for $40 on eBay and people were suckered in.
