Fallout: New Vegas - Gen. Discussion & Info

I have a pretty stupid issue on Fallout 3, and I figured I would post it in this thread since it's more active at the moment. I'm not sure it's an issue with the game anyway. I was recently having an issue with my account connecting to xbox live, and after about one month of playing Fallout 3 offline due to said issue, I got it fixed. So I've been playing Gears 3 for about the past 3 weeks, but I decided to pop in Fallout 3 today, and noticed that none of the achievements that I unlocked while playing were unlocked. Anybody know what to do? I normally don't care for achievements, but it really is getting me mad thinking about it.

Were you playing on your account? I've had this happen before when I thought I was on mine, but ended up being on my fiancee's account...

Positive, the saves were there.

I recovered the GT as instructed by xbox, then it signed me in.

Since the achievements we're done offline and it sounds like you recovered your profile on the same console the achievments were unlocked, the recovery process overwrote your offline profile (including achievements) with the last known online profile (without achievements)

Having a small problem myself, with my PS3 version (have all content for both the 360/ps3 versions), it's the dang snowglobes. I finished all the DLC, but the snowglobes from OWB/LR aren't showing up at the Lucky38. I snagged them in both DLC's when I saw them, but they just aren't there at the home base. Hate to start a whole new game cuz of the glitch, but not sure how else to fix it.
 
LOL @ the first comment. I absolutely love the cover art. Very nice.

Now where is my Fallout 4 announcement Bethesda? I'm starting to miss playing this game but I know a couple hours into my last playthrough I'll get bored because I've done everything a million times over. I need some new scenery.
 
Finished Old World Blues and Honest Hearts today.. lots of fun. Wish I hadn't flew through them but unfortunately don't have that much time..

gonna play Lonesome Road tomorrow :D
 
Can't wait for the Ultimate Edition. Played the crap out of the main game. So much so that I never actually finished, because I put so much time into doing EVERYTHING in such a short time, I got completely burned out. Definitely going to pick up the UE, though.
