No it's both in-store and online. Maybe yours just glitched? I ordered mine online and used store pickup. That was earlier in the week, but it seems like even right now you should be able to add it to cart no problem.
This price has been going all week - I ordered mine last Sunday because I thought it was one of those 2 day sales for Jul 4th, but the price has been 9.99 all week (not a hint of selling out either, they must have thousands of extra stock at best buy - hence the $9.99 drop).

FYI- just use the store checker. I was able to get it in store. Also, the BB guy show me next week ad.

He said that all the sale games will go back up tomorrow. So Fallout will be back to $39.99. He wasnt sure about clearance games. Does anyone know if clearance games will stay the same during the brg1 free?
I only got 3 DS games for $2.99 each and Fallout NV. Its not worth it to go to CS. It be a pain in the butt for the CS.
Anyway, Im trying to get the Castlevania LE and other $30 games for the B2G1. So sorry for the dumb question, but Im sure others may have this question too.

If u play Fallout 3, then u will like NV.

NV > 3 just from a pure gaming perspective.
3 > NV in terms of providing a more memorable experience. It had been years since a Fallout title had been released, and despite some drastic changes to the formula, 3 delivered on many fronts and did not embarrass the franchise. I still remember slowly creeping out of the vault for the first time, extremely timid and cautiously approaching everything like a newborn discovering something for the first time.
