Best game of 2018 right there. If you haven't played Kingdom Come: Deliverance that package is a steal at $10.
I don’t need to spend $10 to make myself motion sick, I can get my dad to drive me down some back roads for free.

...though on second thought, gas prices being what they are today, maybe the game is cheaper.

I barely got more than an hour into it.  Something about the combat I didn't like.  I'm sure I'll revisit it eventually.

To be fair if you only made it an hour into the game you didn't unlock the most important combat skills that make combat more enjoyable. Like you literally are pretty shit at fighting with the most basic of skills and have to progress the main story a little bit before getting properly trained and learning the good combat techniques.

That being said I can understand some people not being too crazy about it. But the game just pulled me in from the get-go and was one of the most immersive games I'd played in a while.

Dare I say, an actually outstanding bundle.  Yes, repeats, but in terms of value, you can pick up a lot of great games at a historical low.

I can safely recommend:

- Dishonored DE; getting all the excellent DLC is a huge plus
- Supraland; has a demo on Steam, it's fun
- Monster Sanctuary

While I picked up
- Dead Island DE
- Ancient Enemy
- Quest Hunters
- Mummy Demastered
- River City Girls

It took forever for Mummy Demastered to be discounted and then bundled. Wish I had waited, but at least I didn't buy the other Wayforward game too early.

Finally a decent bundle. Well worth it for Mummy Demastered and River City Girls. But does anyone have a recommendation for a third game? Glancing at the list I already have Dead Island, Dishonored, Golf w/ Friends, Supraland, Escapists 2, Monster Sanctuary, and Barotrauma

I haven’t played a WayForward game other than maybe Pirate’s Curse that was worth more than a dollar, what makes Mummy Demastered or River City Girls any better?

If you don't like WayForward games, why would you keep buying them 🤨

And seems pretty harsh, their games usually range from average to good. DuckTales Remastered gave me more enjoyment than most AAAs and I got it for like $3

Original Shantae was almost unplayable due to the oversized sprites in a tiny resolution. I liked Risky’s Revenge okay. Pirate’s Curse was a decent followup that had better gameplay, but the cracks in the writing were starting to show. Half Genie Hero was a mess with poor level design, insipid transformations, tired writing, and inconsistent challenge. I wouldn’t pay more than a dollar for original Shantae or Risky’s Revenge in a bundle, and original only for it being a historical curiosity. I wouldn’t pay anything for Half Genie Hero in or out of a bundle because, as I mentioned, that was just a bad game. I’d say Pirate’s Curse is worth more than dollar in a bundle, but only if you haven’t already played Risky’s Revenge, because as mentioned above, the writing was definitely starting to wear thin—they make a lot of the same jokes, and a lot of the style that’s kind of charming the first time around gets old with repeated exposure.

For the record, the initial statement of value is specifically within the context of bundles, especially Fanatical build-a-bundles. Like, I don’t feel particularly ripped off having paid full price on Pirate’s Curse when it first came out on 3DS, those value judgements are made with the assumption that someone ‘s been sufficiently on the fence that he waited this long to get the games in a bundle.

It's because people put a premium on animu.

I got an email for CASTLEVANIA ADVANCE for 10.99 and it’s not not the website. When I click the link it says not available in there United States. Why would they even send me the email?

Lots of decent deals. King's Bounty, Tropico games, and Deep Sky Derelicts (very cheap and a decent game with all the DLC) are all quite good for a dollar. I think I may be missing Tropico 4 DLC, so may as well get it for a dollar.

All great deals. Perhaps not as low as the $0.60 per game you can get in the bargain basement bundles but these all come with DLC so it balances out. Will probably grab Deep Sky Derelicts as, amazingly, I've yet to get it in a bundle. Also echo the recommendation of the King's Bounty games. Postal 2 and Dungeons 2 are also good.

New platinum bundle that surprisingly has Morrwind and Oblivion in it. Find some other game you want and 3 for $10 is a pretty great deal.

Great deal, for those needing Morrowind GOTY and/or Oblivion GOTY.

Doesn't look like that is Oblivion GOTY Deluxe; that edition has the 9 extra DLC's also.

Also, many might want to check their Bethesda Launcher and see if they owned and/or downloaded Morrowind GOTY - since that was given away before for FREE there, sometime before they just decommissioned the Bethesda Launcher.

Morrowind GOTY version was DRM-FREE there and also you could run it w/ some Morrowind mods w/ OpenMW or other mods w/out needing anything else.

Of course - it's also great to have classics like these on Steam anyways, since we all love Steam here.

Ah, didn't know they gave away Morrowind for free.  I just remember back in t3h day when Steam would rarely put it on sale and getting it for $5 was a deal.

Worth noting, in case someone don't wanna buy Morrowind GOTY again.

Though, I do get it, if you - or anyone else, for that matter - do want to buy Morrowind GOTY again. It's legendary and also almost everybody loves Steam; Steam's a great place to have it! And this is so cheap, it ain't even funny.

If you're missing Morrowind GOTY or just want to have an easy way to access Steam-version - of course, this is a steal of a deal, provided you can stick some other games in there too.

I dunno - I must have like 3 or 4 copies of this game [Morrowind GOTY]. I have it OG Versions Retail (with all expansions); Retail ES Anthology Collection which put some of those on Steam (ES1 to Skyrim - and most of those activated up on Steam); & Bethesda Launcher (got it Free).

EDIT - Also, Oblivion GOTY Deluxe: GOG Version was on Amazon Prime months back as a Monthly Game. So, if you had Prime or somehow got your hands on that key (before it expired), you might wanna check to see if you own that over on GOG...if you don't wanna re-buy Oblivion GOTY again.

Everyone* loves Steam

*besides Tim Swiney and his army of paid Epic shills
I don't know, I think the paid Epic shills kinda love it as they know that's what's getting them paid.
Talk up the platform, drop some time-limited content, and then add said content to Steam at full retail price six months later when you want to start selling DLC for it so that you can take money from everyone.

I genuinely enjoy Steam; it could be better, however the fact it does not horridly abuse its market dominance in ways that Epic wishes they could is a massive plus in my books.

Picked up Wasteland 3 for $10 after it was on sale again … expect it to appear in the next Humble Bundle or as an Epic freebie in the coming months … you’re welcome 😜

Are the Syberia games good? I do like oldschool adventure games to a degree. Feel like the deck would be a good place to go through some of them

I really enjoyed playing the first two Syberia games, but the third had a different feel and wasn't as enjoyable for me. All three games for a dollar is worth it if you like that style game.

Hate to say this: all 3 are backlogged.

Played some of the 1st one and really liked it - but never finished. I really should finish it though. Ain't even played 2 or 3.

I like Microids stuff though - really liked Post Mortem and some of what I played of Still Life 1.

Is $25 for Monster Hunter Rise an all time low, including the gray market sites? Tempted to pick it up, is the performance on PC significantly better than on Switch? My only hesitation is finding a bundle with Sunbreak that would drop the main game lower than $25. Any thoughts?

There will inevitably be a Sunbreak-included edition on sale that will be a substantially better value, the question is when. Since Sunbreak is still quite new, I wouldn't expect it to happen before Black Friday, but it's difficult to say for sure. Capcom PC games have also been a bit stubborn about dropping in price lately.

Personally I've waited this long, and I'm still having fun with World, so I don't particularly feel the need to move on yet. I am REALLY slow to finish video games, though, so I'm hardly the best example.

I was thinking about picking up rise as my first monster hunter...but you said you're still good on World. So is there still a decent online player base? And these games aren't story driven correct? Just farm machines?
