faq about posting the banners

 
I assume by banners you mean signature pictures? All you have to do is make sure the picture itself meets the requirements listed in the signature profile page, have it hosted online (there are a ton of free hosting sites such as Photobucket and Imageshack), and then place the URL of the pic into tags and voila.

Also, what made you put this in Portable Games Discussion? I'll move it to OT.
